Liam would like to blow a big kiss to Nana and Grandpa Edgar and thank them for taking such good care of us the past two weeks!
It was really fantastic having my parents here-- the little guy was held every waking moment of the day (our waking moments-- even when he napped, someone held him!). I just can't describe how happy I am that they could come. We can't wait to be together again!!!!!
In addition to super baby/household duty, my parents are now Germany pros. If you need to buy stuff from a German grocery store or find a decent Italian restaurant on Severinsstr., just ask them!

I am also very glad your parents could be there! That was a moment for all of you! Still trying to work out bugs (no pun intended) for my trip. I am getting close to Budget be damned!

aack! paris is not happening for me-- although I feel pretty great right now (still coasting on all the help from my parents-- delicious roast that Dad made for dinner tonight!), I figured a 2 1/2 week old baby and a c-section may make Paris a bit too difficult. So, jeremy is going for a couple of days alone and bring me back a load of pâté.
and we'll be in Ohio over Christmas...
