We are moving tomorrow, so this week I have been busy packing (please please please tell me that packing and cleaning is worse than unpacking and organizing. Please.) and at the same time, as a test of my sanity, trying to put the finishing touches on my paper (based on the lecture I gave last year at a baroque dance symposium in Amsterdam-- to be published...). Jeremy is laughing at how long it is taking me to do the endnotes, but I haven't done this in years!! And I am a total nerd, trying to adhere faithfully to the Chicago Manual of Style rules. I'm probably the only first-time author in this book, so I am also a little nervous about doing something wrong... ANYWAY.

My wallet has still not turned up. Sigh. Also, I'll be sending a massive email with our new address. Hopefully most people won't think it is spam :(

I've moved approximately 14,386 times in the last twenty-two years. And yes, unpacking is MUCH more fun. Plus, you can mostly take your time with it. What's the hurry?

You are probably done by the time you read this. Packing is awful! That is why i plan to live here until I get my own box! (unless I win a big lottery, then I can just leave it all and start over!) Hope you had lots of friends helping move- then it becomes more like fun! And Sarah- I hope you mostly did directing!
